| Comments: | We have been using Quantum RBS on line data back up services for quite some time now. I found it extremely user friendly and comprehensive and flexible in terms of giving me an option to decide what should be backed up and what items not needed. It has also proved to be very cost effective when compared with similar services from others. I had two occassions when I needed to restore my backed data - once when I changed my laptop and another when I lost my laptop - and in both cases, restoration was quick and up to date. Personalised services provide during those occassions was also very helpful.
