Trucate Logs issue on Exchange

To have a backup that truncates the Exchange logs, create a VSS Aware backup set on the Exchange mail store.

Note: Message Level backups DO NOT truncate logs.

The VSS Aware backup will truncate the logs when used in "Full Dump" mode, running this backup once a week will give you a full mail DB backup and truncate the logs.

If you are using a Message Level Backup and don't want to pay for additional cloud storage of a full DB backup, we can give you a Local Only license to accommodate your VSS Aware backup on a local volume for one low monthly price.

RPC call failed did not execute

1. Check to ensure proper admin level access permissions.
2. Turn off VSS on failing b/u set properties.
3. Run failing b/u set all by itself.

Request is not supported

This is possibly a problem with the DS Client, completely uninstall and reinstall. To save back up settings, export settings as an XML and place it in the Cloud Backup directory on the new installation.
